Shipping policy
All products sold on our website are made to order and produced by our manufacturing partners after an order is placed.
Because items are produced by different production partners, orders may be manufactured and shipped from different facilities and may arrive in separate packages.
Production Time
Production time typically ranges from 3–10 business days depending on the product and production partner. During high-volume periods, production times may take longer.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been produced and shipped, estimated delivery times are typically:
• United States: 5–12 business days
• International: 10–25 business days
Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the product, destination, customs processing, and shipping carrier delays.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. If your order contains multiple items, each item may have separate tracking numbers.
Multiple Shipments
Because we work with multiple production partners, items ordered together may ship separately and arrive at different times.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, we cannot guarantee replacement or refund.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the shipping carrier marks the package as delivered. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to production volume, shipping carriers, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.
