Refund policy

Because our products are made to order specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect sizing, color preference, or change of mind.

We only replace or refund items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was sent.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review and resolve the problem quickly.

Once approved, we will either send a replacement item at no additional cost or issue a refund to your original method of payment.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Please note:

• Because items are custom made, all sales are considered final unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

• We are not responsible for sizing issues. Please review the sizing charts carefully before placing your order.
